Z Cuisine + Z À Côté = 1,000 Stars - LoHi

We lived in LoHi for almost 3 years and found Z Cuisine & À Côté (their attached bar) almost right away. Thank you Jesus. They have the most amazing french food and we cannot recommend them enough. So. Damn. Good. To eat at Z you need a reservation but next door at À Côté you do not need a reservation. The tables are smaller and it's an informal atmosphere (a draw for us) with an almost identical menu to next door. The brandade (during winter months) is out of this world. We've tried every item they make and I wouldn't know where to begin to point you. It's that good. If you order absinthe, they will bring an absinthe fountain and make it at your table with the whole water/sugar/fire situation. My husband ending up buying one for our house. Enough said.
