Kobe An Shabu Shabu - LoHi

We'd never done shabu shabu before and we're definitely in love.  If you've never tried it, think fondue meets Korean bbq with everything cooked at the table. The staff was welcoming and never left us hanging. One thing that left us scratching our heads was figuring out the point of the kobe beef option. Compared to the ribeye it was tasteless and (obviously) way more expensive. Steer clear and pick a different cut, the kobe is overrated. BONUS: The Cherry Creek location is awesome too.
