This was an awesome class with amazing instruction. We left as sushi making pros. Seriously. The freshest ingredients made into some fabulous sushi rolls paired with delicious wines. We laughed a lot (the chef was hilarious) and really enjoyed the evening. BONUS: we were added to an email list that gives us access to attending awesome SD food events throughout the year. Hell yes.
