The Kitchen - LoDo

We ate at The Kitchen a few years ago and swooned over the most perfect seafood tower ever. Cut to 2 recent visits and the spell has been broken. The staff has got to be joking. We waited so long on both recent visits that we had to find a server (really?) despite the fact that we were seated directly by the front door on one occasion. Most servers had filthy uniforms despite it being the start of dinner service for the night. We waited for what felt like an american lifetime for our appetizers and entrees with no apology or explanation. No thanks. There isn't a seafood tower in the world worth being ignored.
